Also just recently how Shockboy was given to Cathletico for something called 'first refusal' that doesn't even really exist.

All abuse this.
You can get a player from another team for 1 match and the next match you lend 1 in return.
Or lend your best player to a team that plays against your rival (if you dont need him yourself ofc).
Even the admins abuse this, so why not?

The thing is, that you have to trust the person you are dealing with. There is literally nothing stopping me from not giving Sergio back to Seedstitch at all(aside from the fact I'm a nice guy, obviously).

Besides, rules can't be created or modified until something happens that creates the need for the rule. CB has forced a couple of rule changes in his day so we are blaming him for this one, too.

Actually, I don't see the loophole, this is just against the rules.
