Season 28 Announcements (4v4)

League structure:
In Season 28, we repeat a previous structure from Season 23 with three Divisions again. There will be a Division 1 containing 10 teams, and two Division 2s with 10 teams each.
The Side League (soon to be confirmed) will be posted in a separate thread. There will still only be one division due to the number of teams participating.

Wildcards:
Amount of wildcards is -5- per team for both Division 1 and Division 2 League matches.
There are -2- wildcards for Cup matches.
3v3 still will have unlimited number of wildcards.

Season 28 - 4v4 league will start on the 24th May 2020.
Fixtures will be added very soon on the main site.

Time Limit - 7 minutes per half
Halves - 2
Days - Thursday / Sunday
Time - 20:00 GMT (21:00 CET) - streamed game 21:00 GMT (22:00 CET)
Relegations - Bottom 4* in Div 1 go to Div 2, top 2 from each Div2 league will be promoted.
*this may change depending on structure for next season*

Time Limit - 7 minute per half (10 min for final)
Overtime goal limit: 1 and changing sides

Season 28 will start Sunday 24th May.


Signings / Transfer Window
- 6.2 Players can only play for one team in each leg. Once a player played for one team, he cant play for any other team during these leg. The first leg includes the Days 1-11, the second leg the Days 12-23.
- Free agency will close on the 30th July (before Day 19 Matches) (players not allowed to sign up for Free Agency anymore)

I must say that on behalf of Zimbabwe HBFC (Haxball Football Club) we are very disapointed with the decision of admin of FM league to decline the application we put forward. To us it seems imposible 10 teams would be selected, i asure many will go afk mid season... this is a british and irish community yet no commonwealth team? instead romanian are picked above us. we did not even recive formal rejection.. just this anoncment which read for mad news this morning to my team and fans. its ok, we accept the decision even if it is a hard one to take and will more forward. we aim to be established by 30 season, hopefully 29.

whilst admin made no formal comment we belive our declineation not to be racial motivated but as a result of our no usage of this 'Teamspeak'... we did not know teamspeak was required and nowhere was the address written.... how were we supposed to access this without knowldege? Whilst i accept the result i would like to suggest an formal FM haxball inquery into this... it must be known if admins only provided the teamspeak address to spesific, favoured teams.

some in luck and bobo accuse us fasley of LAG. we do not lag. it is playable for us.... i personaly have UBUNTU pc with 4GB RAM.

yes and i follow this league for years. but i make mistake and did not read small print.... it would have made sense to include in forum post but i accept responsibility for not reason index page and miss the address. we will learn and come back next season with respect and hopefully advance.
