Team Disbanding

The Div2 Team "Team Swift" disbanded and all 2nd leg matches of them will be rated as defloss. Additionally the involved captain: Swift gets captaincy prohibition.

ye sorry for this don't have enough time to manage a team and test new players etc 
ggs though, was fun!
dont get the captaincy prohibition thing tho when 4 or 5 teams disbanded last ssn and none of them got it
