its good for getting past players (mainly ball chasers like me), when your in the centre, it's more about ball control, rather than most of the other skill moves.

this has changed my life

well basically its like tht move, where you spin around the ball, and the ball doesnt move, it looks abit like that, but with the twirl, the ball moves, half way through you fake a pass, tricking the opponent to move out of your way, then you complete the 360 spin, and go in a different direction. simples :).
