Not sure how many know about this but the copy/paste is kind of bugged and it only lets you copy paste one line.
This is due to a null byte (\x00) after each line terminating the string.
If you right click on the chat and disable line markers you'll notice the green arrows go and you can copy/paste multiple lines fine then.
