CB branches out into commentary

It is what it says on the tin.

CB branches out into commentary

Postby CircleBoy » October 4th, 2011, 12:07 am

Been thinking about doing something like this for a while. Will do more if people like it. Be honest though, no point doing more if its crap.

LMAO. I love how you say "I think they are discussing the fact that there might be a bit of lag. In fact I know because this game is already over that the second half was hosted in a different room. So the lag must have been pretty bad" then 5 seconds later pretend that you are commentating live and say "I get the feeling that there will be a goal from Jonny's team but will it only be one?" But apart from that, good effort, you Jock bastard.

I actualy tried REALLY hard to forget when the goals were coming to make it a bit more realistic...hell during jonnys teams 2nd and 3rd I'm talking about something else entirely. I actualy DID have to go back and do some editing at one point because during jonnys goal I was so far off topic I just couldnt work it in. :D

Really good CB, well done. If you could do a livestream from the matches you're not playing in, that would be awesome.

See what mad thinks...it might stop people popping into the games to check the score. I'll need more practice though. I know I say theres no real editing but there were a few times I had to stop recording because I said something daft or lost my train of throught.

Thanks for all the encouragement in general folks, if theres anyhting you think I'm not doing to well let me know. Thinking I could do a commentary for one of the thursday games if I have the time.

Will work on a livestream+commentary with CB, would be solid imo.

Love these so much. Even though I'm still down over the loss the commentary makes me somehow feel a little good inside ... maybe it's your stupidly sexy voice that does it, I dunno.

EDIT: I recommend watching this with audio transcribing switched on. It's amazing.

Some of the names it calls Deer are amazing.

I won't spoil it but watch the translation when Deer kicks off in the second half.
