Idk if you have already but I would join our teamspeak sever and lurk in the "Players Available for FS" and "Free Agents" channels.

It will still be hard to find a team but that's the best way I guess. Have to be patient and wait for the right team to test you. If you see any public rooms hosted on community tab try to join there and play too so that you get known by lots of players.
