FM Poker Tournament

Postby socrates » October 12th, 2012, 1:38 pm

Not for money - wouldn't feel right for me (like taking candy from a baby Image )

Maybe we can play for cash in the future but I thought we could get more people involved and interested without for now.

Will start next Sunday so it doesn't clash with the cup final. 7pm start?

Post here if you're interested, sign ups close Friday 19th.

Also if anyone knows a good site to play on lemme know.

Playing on Sunday 28th at 9pm BST!!!!

We're gonna play on http://www.pokerstars.co.uk/

Download the client and register. Once your done click home games on the menu, Join a poker club.

Club ID is 690371 and Invitation Code feedmepoker then put in your username.

Join the club before Sunday please! Let me know if you can't get it to work.

Don't play really - only with friends for £10 each max.

Or am I bluffing? Image

I used to grind low-limit SnGs a couple of years ago. You know, like 8-12 tables open at the same time. So yeh, I don't mind playing for cash. Nothing much ofc, but just to spice the things up a bit and get rid of naabs. I played this one Yes-league poker tournament and it was painfully fishy. :<

I'm in for this, what site will you guys be playing on?
I play a reasonable amount of 0.50/1 on stars and some live down the Grosvenor Vic if any of you know it.

Trying to find a site which doesn't require you to download a client but cant seem to find one - any suggestions will be appreciated :)

PartyPoker (ewww) launched some in browser thing a while back iirc, probably doesn't have the same functionality as stars or ipoker and the like though so would be hard to organise a tourney (no homegames feature or anything).
