A couple of requirements:
a) your connection should be decent (or top tier if you're from Portugal or something) cos Russia is far away
b) a skype account, as you'd have to hang out there from time to time
There's 20 teams in the Russian highest division (every team plays 38 matches) and overall it's one of the largest haxball leagues on Earth. The next season starts exactly in a week.

WARNING: homosexuals and black people (including sandniggers) are hated by Russians, so if you're black and/or homosexual prepare yourself mentally for potential abuse and ridicule. Also their English isn't very good, but I'll help you with that, so it's all good.
