Fuction "!rand"

Hi,

I am trying to have the fuction "!rand" on my headless host room. I've tried a couple of things but get stuck here and there. Can anyone pls send a complete "!rand" function, in which as soon as a player who is cap IN A TEAM THATS ABOUT TO PICK in a room types "!rand", he gets random guys from the spec list.

I really appreciate your guys help!!
