Do Win7 really has no input delay at all? (player's heavy)

as a win10 user i suffer from motion delay for years. if you know both gameplays the original one and the lagged one you know how serious this problem is.
i tried different browsers, different settings including extrapolations, unlock fps... nothing worked. the player is still heavy. the game is playable but it's not as fun since you can't play at your full potential.

recently i'm considering moving to win7 just for this because i heard it works regular there, but i'm worried about if it will be for nothing. so i wanted to ask you if you think win7 will completely solve the problem (run 100% smooth with no input delay at all, as the original gameplay should be).

so what causes this? why some players have this and some not? or everybody has it now and i didn't know?

I've never played on windows 10, so I don't know about the difference, but I've been playing on windows 7 (chrome) without significant input lag since HTML was released.

yes there is

w10 still have little bit of input lag even if you have unlocked fps but windows 7 with non aero mode doesnt so yeah w7 is inputlag free but i think you cant notice the difference bcuz its too small
