Part 1 of the trade : Arriba giving MC first draft pick - so this has been completed by the draft

Part 2 : CB going to arriba after draft has been done

So, the trade is being done in two phases which sounds a bit dodgy as a trade should be 1 phase. Also it kinda lets arriba cheat the system as technically speaking just now they have 6 player : Jonny CB Deer Sukh Banks and Shock, therefore this gives them an advantage over other teams who go into the draft 3 players including the captain arriba will be going in with 4 including the captain.

Read the first post you mug. We're not trading them the actual draft pick, we're drafting who they want then trading the players.

People have been doing this since season 2 started(promising the pick of a draft for a player), it's just Jonny wants it in official writing so Blazing can't go back on it after Jonny drafts a player for him.

Well I thought you meant you were trading them the actual draft place just now
