There's a slight difference between being a great player and being a great manager. You don't seem to be able to differentiate between the two.

If you want a fair 1v1 2x5 min match to decide who's the best player, bring it on. If not - stfu, batty boy.

Because a 1v1 is the best way of determining how good a player is at not only positioning and passing but working with team mates!!
