I didnt expect to be playing this season let alone captaining cathletico, however I decided to captain cathletico to make sure the league would not have a missing team at the start....I enjoy all the chat but I dont enjoy playing the games anymore
when people are taking it too seriously it takes all the fun out of it
and now I'm also perma banned from team speak because all germans are girly cry babies.....so I have no choice but to retire, I leave the decision to appoint a cathletico captain to OPC and the site admins, I would also like to cut smoke as my last act because he's annoying
thanks

Quote from aquo retirement thread:
opc wrote:The problem you're having is you're basing signings on activity AND ability. Base it just on activity. That's what Shock's done with Cathletico, signing only people who are going to be active. Although this isn't great for winning, it ensures the team doesn't die.
hmmmmmmmmm

I don't quite get how that's relevant.

well you point out by ourself that this behaviour (signing unknown or untalented players) makes the gameplay in your team no fun

Nice presumption. That's not the reason I'm losing the enjoyment. The reason it's not as fun as it used to be is a mixture of everyone being so ridiculously competitive and the amount of players hugely increasing so the community feel seems to have gone. I have no idea who most of the players I've played this season are.

I remember someone saying this that the community feel will kinda go when the league becomes 4v4 as it will more be team orientated.. this can only happen if u yourself retract from the actual community tho not because of competition.
