Why would it flick back to 6:59? Just seems like a glitch to me, you can't round time up/down.

If you're gonna make it like that then in that situation it shouldn't be a goal either, as the goal is scored on 7:00 and then after the goal it flicks back.

You can't "use logic" then claim that it's a goal just because the timer flicks back. It's a clear glitch.

The timer doesn't display ms so if the goal is scored at like 6:59.999 the timer seems to show it as 7:00 because it is rounding up, that's why it flicks back to 6:59 to give the game time to have another kickoff.

It's stupid I know, but that's just how it seems to work. Of course I can't state that as absolute fact, I can only logically conclude that from multiple experiences of the same situation.

You can't confirm that unless you get word from basro, so until it's confirmed that's how it works then it should be a no goal as it's scored on 7:00.

If there is no commitment, there's no goal, because there must be a commitment at 6:59:99 (showed as 6:59 in the timer)
So sometimes, when there is a draw and a goal is scored, the timer isn't lighting up and so you can confound it like a real goal. But it's not a goal imo

To the relevant admin whom it may concern, what are the rules for force retirement at the moment. At what time can you do this to a member in your team?

NEW RULES IN PLACE(will apply to tonight's games).

Rule changes;

3-Man Defence Rule.

A captain may come to us if anything untoward happens during a game. We will review the replay and act based on what we see. The punishments may vary, but will always be based on the following template;

Should a team defend with 4 players during a goal scoring opportunity and it is defended successfully, a goal will be awarded to the attacking team.

Should a player clearly break the 3-man rule and it is not during a goal scoring opportunity, they may face a one match suspension. More severe suspensions may happen if the breach is more severe & continual.

Should a team continually(could be 3 to 5 times depending on severity of the breach) breach the rule, they will be awarded a 3-0 deflose.

The removal of match admins.

Captains will now need to submit results for approval along with a replay confirming the result, failure to provide a replay as proof may result in the fixture being voided. They will also need to provide a list of goalscorers and assisters. Failure to provide these stats may result in them not being statted. Replays will also be required for proof of stats.

In the instance of clear lag.

In the event of a game being interrupted by unplayable amounts of lag, screenshot evidence can be presented and the game can be forced to be replayed. Note that the lag must have effected a larger majority of players for this to happen. Therefore multiple evidence must be provided from multiple players.

Retirement & Captains.

The retirement time will be extended from 20 matchdays to a full season. Retirement during or just before off-season will count for the coming season and not the season just gone.

Captains should only be allowed to leave a team via retirement. In which case the vice captain will take full control of the team until the off-season when a new permanent captain will be elected.

But yeah, very important: BOTH captains MUST record the game, or at least get one of your players to!

How do we know whether or not it is a goal scoring opportunity? If the other team is defending with 4 players, it's very unlikely the other team will score, which makes the attack not being a goal scoring opportunity. Isn't a clear goal scoring opportunity usually counter-attack consisting of 2v1 or 3v1?

Also,

Does this apply to streamed matches?

As it is all being done retrospectively, we'll have the ability to watch replays and discuss the potential for a scoring chance and act based on what we see. For example if a team is still defending with 3 players, but they are out of position and there is a clear chance for a cross and scoring chance, yet the 4th man comes back and blocks it, a goal would likely be awarded.

Situations differ so it's about dealing with each case on an individual basis.

There's a simple way of avoiding it though ... don't be retarded and defend with 4 men. I really don't see something come up where we will actually have to intervene, a lot of people seem to be understanding the rule now.

Yes. Every game, streamed or not will follow the rule.
