Not quite sure what me having exams and not being able to commit has to do with anything, my dear. Also I was pretty much dumped with the captaincy because Vargo had always made it clear he didn't want to be a captain but Cath gave him the captaincy for IHL.
Point is, you've had the chance to captain and, whatever your motives, blew it.

And Aero, everyone appreciates the work the admins put in, but it doesn't mean they can't be scrutinised. :)

i left when we were top of the league cause i knew they could cope without me and i wanted to play, what i did was unselfish because i didnt have the heart to cut any one of the five who had put a lot into the team already, nobody seems to realise this, it's just "you gave up on them", how about grow the fuck up, and then shut the fuck up?

As I have already said, whatever your motives you have already had the chance to start a new team. 'Blew it' was a strong choice of words, admittedly, but you DID give up on them because you weren't strong enough to drop someone. There is no way it's fair for you to have another bite at the cherry when there are other applicants who haven't had the chance.

lol so are you going to walk away from ur team in s4 again cause u cant face the fact you will have to trim some players at the end??

its the duty of a captain to trim their team and if you arent strong enough to do so im not sure if ur fit to be captain tbh
