Locke has been made "Assistant Manager" at Bayer Neverlosin!!

1) He will not be playing in the first team and has taken up a Managerial Role.
2) He is in charge of the Reserves.
3) He is in charge of training and motivating players at Bayern.
4) He is in charge of the team if I cant make a game.
and a couple of other things I cant think of off the top of my head...
