Summary

Newly added rules:
- Captain absence. Clarification. (6.9 of Rulebook)
- Having disconnected player during match and willing to continue. Clarification (1.21 of Rulebook)
- Match arrangement. Clarification. (1.26 of Rulebook)

Adjusted rules:
- Now matches should be reported by the 4 matchdays (previously 3) (1.22 of Rulebook)
- Now everyone can post a replay (previously only captains could). (1.22 of Rulebook)
