Summary


Newly added rules:
- Team absence before starting an official game. Consequences. (2.8 of Rulebook)
- Verbal abuse. Interpretation and its punishments. (8.9 of Rulebook)


Adjusted rules:
- Head to Head > Goal Difference. (previously GD > H2H) (1.1 of Rulebook)
- Extraordinary lack of a fourth player during a game. Consequences. (1.10 of Rulebook)
- Teams must have minimum of 6 players in team. (previously 5) (4.1 of Rulebook)
- Now It's recommended to post in the related wc-thread of the match if there is an agreement for a new date for the match. (5.6 of Rulebook)
