Instead of making a list, I want to share my short comments for each team.

Division 1

Above the Rest

They have a completely new squad for the next season. When I look at them, there are many experienced players. They can make a surprise this season.

Afonso Henriques

Good group of friends who have a high level of defense understanding. Obviously, they are not a cup candidate but they will not relegate too.

Banfield

Div 2B championship proved that they are still high level but they are another team that changes their squad. I think they are still a competitive team who can make a good run and probably their aim is the top place.

Dawgy Dogs

They made good transfers and this may affect the team in both ways. They will certainly try to build team chemistry for the first weeks. After mid-season, they may become stronger.

FATALITY!

No matter what they continue and try their bests. Mostly Progamer's performance will be decisive for them.

FEAR

They changed their squad after 2 championship titles and it did not work for them. This season there is a change too. However, I expect them stronger than last season.

Good Guys

Good G(uys)roup of friends. Last season they showed what can they do. They will try to repeat their success for this season too. However, they were too dependent to gio, so he should not miss any match and guide his teammates.

Las Venturas

Div 2B champions against high-level opponents. They have a defensive tactic that worked well. The final appearance in the preseason cup shows that how serious they are. They can make a surprise.

RED HAWK

They are still gaining Division 1 experience. Sosa has a lot of potential and trying to build a strong team but they still have a time.

Skip

Solid team and experienced players. However, they may have lacking consistency. They can win against the best teams but in the long run, they may suffer from unexpected losses.

Stiff Wind

A sure crowd favorite. The preseason winner squad will play in this team. They already have many titles from previous seasons and they will want to defend their last season's title.

The Elders

Last season their squad changed many times. They will have ups and downs. Unfortunately, they were not consistent and if they do not be careful, they may relegate in a heartbeat.

Zawhax

Their playstyle is based on their DM. They will try to build a team around mev. However, I do not think they are already prepared.

I'll add few notes for each team

[1] Stiff Wind (they will be champions 99% no words needed to say, if they realize they are doing bad just let misaj play and keep the title)
[2] Las Venturas (if schurz-del-rassvet play constantly I don't think there's any team can easily beat their defensive chain. these guys defence is good in a cringe way at some point)
[3] Dawgy Dogs (now its basically outlaw + al1s, I know that somehow these guys find a way to win
[4] Banfield (lost Karim and they'll need a gk, but they are still good without a doubt)
[5] Fear (they don't have katrina I guess, only aMp and modric won't be enough for the title. their era has kinda ended)
[6] Skip (If Piper plays -Im not even sure if they have him in squad- they may end up 5th in the best scenario)
[7] Cosa Nostra (norb left the game but looks like he's about to come back, they also have daaf and clam but not a strong 4th, they will need a 4th. otherwise this trio won't be enough)
[8] Above The Rest (they basically have only gilbert and maury who can help him a little bit)
[9] Zawhax (they have only mev, no kise-zenitsu-kyo. won't be enough)
[10] Afonso (pretty sure they won't relegate, if ter-rena-bot keeps playing constantly they may end up even higher)
[11] Good Guys (they lost their top cs keeper gk markkanen and gio won't play aswell if im not mistaken, I honestly don't think it would matter if they both would play, they would suck this season anyway. Lucky that div1 was shit previous season so they managed to end up 2nd place, let's see now shall we?)
[12] Red Hawk (maybe like in a few season they will be around a middle tier team. they have potentially good players with lack of experience, so they probably will end up around relegation pot)
