I want to resign from my now defunct team, Godfathers, so that I can be able to join the free agency some time in the future. Having inherited the captain position of the team, due to all the previous members of the team leaving, I cannot resign nor demote myself, neither from usergroups nor from the captain area in the team's page. I would appreciate it if some administrator could manually remove me from the team.

You'll need to pass captaincy over to the other player in the team first, you can do that in the captain's area on your 'My Team' page

I have already tried that multiple times. My only other teammate's name is greyed out and the button is unclickable. It seems that he already is a captain, but I'm not sure.
