Ball shape - https://i.imgur.com/5vrIsQp.png

first touches in HTML are changed cus the ball and player are more smoothly shaped, first touch (especially for DM after taking a backpass) and turning on the ball is going to be more easy

guys lets make it like this and wait until the rec mode is available and see what else changed and then discuss again

its useless and for nothing to discuss now about something what possibly could happen in future

when rec mode will be available we could make a 4vs4 winter cup where all teams have to play on html5 and then all people can spread their pros and cons

Well, in every game when major changes are coming there are people happy for the new stuff and instead others who I wouldn't consider sad or anything else, but just scared.
It's part of humans being scared of the evolution of something, it may be something about your life or a fking game you're the only one playing in your country (RIP SPLAT); having said that I would suggest people who prefer an old mode as Flash to take their balls in their hand and become a man by facing the future.
WE ARE NOT BARRY ALLEN, WE CANNOT CHANGE THE PAST, BUT WE CAN CHANGE THE PRESENT AND MOSTLY IMPORTANT THE FUTURE, SO CHOOSE HTML FOR A BRIGHT FUTURE WITH NO LAGG!

Eventually the flash version will be stopped, adobe flash is trash and the world has moved on from it, just check old flash game websites you used to play on for example.

Once recordings plus net stuff is sorted we should move over imo. Patience for now.

I am 100% for html. It has smooth gameplay, the play feels so nice and ping is 30-50 even in turkey.
Also I'm pretty sure that we dont need vps's when we all go to html asap, of course we need the rec function first.
Also no more RTMFP but webRTC and for people who go afk a lot and host.... tabbing doesn't increase ping anymore.

But I can understand the people that want flash, html5 will be standard in 2018 so players want to stay with flash until then for nostalgia maybe?

I don't understand one thing. There is so many comments about sticking to Flash. I mean if there was a choice then yea u could say that, but in the end whenever u like it or not Flash gonna dissapear anyway. So isn't its better to start with html if possible (if rec function will work obv) than changing to html in middle of the league (if it happens to be soon, that Flash will be removed)? If it happens in the middle of the season and lots of people will have connecting issues and etc, some players won't be able to play on html that might cause some serious problems for their teams. So everyone should try to fix all the problems they have with html and be ready to play on it anytime. Also I don't think the connection issues is because of html itself, I mean why I and other people can play it? Its probably because u don't choose the correct browser or its something wrong with ur PCs ^^

tbh flash has been running on haxball for like 6 years or more and there hasn't been problems at all. If the over 100 ping issue gets fixed and rec gets added then wtf is wrong with HTML stop being a lil bitch u faggots

I guess most people voted for html cause they got problems on html with their hardware from 1993.

I mean I dont really mind if we keep on playing on Flash or change to HTML5 (so there is obv missing a 3rd Option in the poll), but I think there is no option to change to HTML5 sooner or later. Flash wont be available forever probably and getting used to HTML5 asap will make lifes easier.

Just make 2-3 Cups and after you can discuss again. If the opinions will stay like 60-40 or 50-50, maybe there are possibilites like playing first leg html and second leg Flash or League in html and Cup in Flash. But im pretty sure it's inescapable to integrate html.
