fp problem

as we know almost in every game in fm we've seen that , when the player lag in an important moment the opponent can give them fp but some teams pressure the opponent to give them fp, and sometimes they canlie about this as the game RA vs aN styl was rlly fair to give them because alekos couldnt anyway to stop the counter-attack so i think it's better to let the admins decide in those situation
like if a team x ask for fp u will make a challenge and admins will take the decision
