163 GB atm

I only download 320 kbit/s songs (the best MP3 quality), cause the songs that you download from those old youtube sites sound really shit with a good pair of headphones (if im not wrong i used to convert with vid2mp3)

My tip is to directly download the album where the song is contained (and maybe also listen to the whole album, many songs are way better with the right mood/environment that comes from it) cause it's easier to find and download a whole album at 320 kbit/s than just a single song.

If the song isn't sadly contained in any album I use Songr 2 (http://www.xamasoft.com/songr/) as others it allows you to download music from youtube, but also search it on other sites and shows you the bitrate of the songs
a good thing of songr is that most of the times it adds the tags of the songs on its own (the album, the music genre, the year of the song, the picture of the album etc) cause I fucking hate songs without tags as they ruin the order of a good library!

So the steps are:
> search for the album
> if you can't find it use songr (do it only if it's really the only way)

or jailbreak ur phone get linktunes and then get music for free and then connect ur phone to ur pc/mac and then extract the music to ur pc/mac

Torrents are your friend, my roommate downloads his music from youtube and it sucks for me. A simple 5mb file is now suddenly a 150mb file, laggy af.
