So appearantly I have packet-loss jumping from 0,5% to 3,5% especially in evenings. Tried a lot to fix that, called to providers ( they are saying it's not their problem ^^ ) and etc.

I'm using ethernet cable, not wifi.

If you have any ideas how to fix it feel free to share :bounce:

I had same problem some time ago, but in my case it was providers problem, and they needed 5 months to fix it :fp:
Call them again, at least to check it, because u're spending ur money in a service that's not working good.

Agreed. I will admit that I have no clue about network stuff, but this sounds like your provider is selling more bandwidth than their (local) infrastructure can handle during peak times.

Of course it's still possible that the problem is on your local end, if someone else on your internet connection is using most or all of the bandwidth (streaming, downloads etc.) then the packet loss is to be expected and not something the provider can be blamed for – but I guess you would have checked that first.
